VR Web3D Scene 🥽🎮🕹️

This is a website that I helped develop for a firm that produces digital experiences for museums. The website is built with Babylon.js. It works as an immersive website on desktop or mobile and when opened in a VR headset it can be used in "Immersive Mode" which allows the user to move around and teleport within the space. I worked as a developer on this project implementing camera movements, sprite animations, interactive objects and VR functionality as part of a multidisciplinary and largely remote team of 3D artists, writers, and developers. I gained hands-on experience developing and demonstrating Immersive Web VR scenes to clients. During this time my knowledge of 3D asset production was strengthened by the need to optimise assets for the web and insights from discussions with animators and modellers on how to solve complex production issues. In addition to optimizing game assets.

An early implementation of VR functionality.
